Bhopal : People of all age groups are facing stress in this period of competition and their problem is getting rid of this stress. There are limitations in medical field for treating stressful patients; but by undertaking spiritual practice (sadhana), one can lead happy and stress-free life; therefore, ‘sadhana’ is the only solution to lead stress-free life, advised Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingale, national Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) while addressing doctors at ‘Sadguru Sankalp Netra Chikitsalaya’ at Vidisha on the topic of ‘Sadhana for stress-free life’.

Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra, Director of this hospital, doctors and other staff attended the guidance. It was organized by Shri. Milind Raval, Project Manager of this hospital. Shri. Shriram Kane of HJS was also present on the occasion.

Highlights

1. The topic was explained with the help of projector.

2. Dr. Jobanputra said, “Many years ago, my Guru had asked me to do chanting. Now, Sadguru (Dr.) Pingale has also advised to do chanting; therefore, we have become friends now.”

3. Dr. Jobanputra presented a memento to Sadguru (Dr.) Pingale and felicitated him.
