HJS and other pro-Hindu organizations extend help to flood-hit people of Maharashtra and Karnataka !

Distribution of essential commodities by HJS at South Canara (Karnataka) district to flood-affected people

1. ‘Pujya’ Ramananda Gauda, with other HJS activists and Sanatan seekers distributing things amongst children

Heavy rain hit few districts of Maharashtra and Karnataka, flooding areas at many places. Thousands of people are stuck in such situation; resulting in loss of millions of rupees. Government machinery and many social, patriotic and devout Hindu organizations have come forward to extend help and rescue flood-hit areas and people and they are doing their best to help; among them are Sanatan Sanstha, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and other pro-Hindu organizations. These organizations are distributing food, grain, clothes, drinking water etc; besides medicines and medical help. Along with the same, Sanatan seekers and HJS activists are also explaining to the flood-affected people about ‘sadhana’ like importance of chanting God’s name etc. Seekers undertaking spiritual practice under the guidance of ‘Paratpar Guru’ (Dr.) Jayant Athavale have set an ideal in front of others by helping flood-stricken people. Karnapa (Dist. South Canara, Karnataka) : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and other like-minded organizations distributed essential commodities to flood-stricken people through ‘Pujya’ Ramananda Gauda, ‘Dharma-prasarak’ of Sanatan Sanstha for Karnataka State.

‘Pujya’ Gauda said in his guidance to flood-hit people of Karnapa in Beltangady taluka about being alert and be ready to face forthcoming period of crisis. He also explained importance of ‘sadhana’ to the participants.

Shri. Jairaj Salian, Secretary of ‘Beltangady Taluka Mazdoor Sangh’, Shri. Ramchandra Gauda, Coordinator of ‘Chiranjeevi Yuvak Mandal’, Shri. Hariprasad Bhat, its former President, other members like Shri. Ravindra Pujari, Shri. Raghavendra Bhat and Shri. Sanjay Darkhasu etc were present on the occasion; along with Sou. Manjula Gauda, Sou. Rupa and Shri. Anand Gauda of Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Harish M of HJS. Essential things were distributed even amongst small children, under this drive of extending aid.
