HJS conducts ‘First-aid’ workshop at Kumthe !

Kumthe (Dist. Sangli) : A workshop on ‘first-aid’ was conducted by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Kumthe in Tasgaon taluka of Sangli district. Dr. (Smt.) Mrunalini Bhosale conducted the work-shop which was attended by 21 women. Demos were presented on problems like burning, scratching, contusion on hand and bone-fracture etc. and how to bandage the wound/ bruise etc. Demo on pulse-reading, how to start heart in case it stops abruptly etc was also staged. Participants said that they obtained useful information through the work-shop and showed interest even in learning more on the subject.
