‘Importance of spirituality in life’ explained through lectures at Mumbai, Navi Mumbai

‘Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Abhiyan’ in the background of birthday celebrations of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Athavale  

Mumbai : ‘Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Abhiyan’ is undertaken all over the country on the occasion of birthday celebrations of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Jayant Balaji Athavale, the Founder of Sanatan Sanstha wherein lectures were held at various places in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Lectures were held on different topics like ‘Spirituality for happy life’, ‘Spirituality for stress-free life’, ‘Sadhana’, ‘Hindu Rashtra’, ‘How to study’ etc. emphasizing the importance of ‘sadhana’. Good response was received to these drives and hundreds of ‘jidnyasus’ got benefit of these drives.


Parel – On 20th April, a lecture was held on the topic of ‘Spirituality for happy life’ at Shri Mahalakshmi Mandir.

Prabhadevi – On 1st May, lecture on ‘Spirituality for acquiring happiness’ was held on 1st May at Ahuja Building No.2 by Shri. Rahul Patkar. 17 ‘jidnyasus’ attended the lecture.

Santacruz – Lecture was held on ‘Sadhana’ at the residence of Sou. Sunanda Manjarekar, a reader of ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ as also at Khandwala Complex and Parkar Chawl. Many ‘jidnyasus’ attended the guidance.

Bhandup – On 27th April, Sou. Prajakta Sawant of HJS held lecture at Gaodevi Tekadi in Sarvodayanagar on ‘Spirituality for leading happy life’. The guidance was attended by 16 women. On 26th April, lectures on ‘Sadhana’ and ‘Importance of Akshay Trutiya’ were held at the residence of Sou. Prachi Bapardekar, a reader of ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ from Konkan nagar.

Mulund – Lecture on ‘Sadhana’ was held at Sugandha Society in Mulund (East) and at Sagar Vaibhav Society in Mulund (East). Many ‘jidnyasus’ attended the lectures.

Powai – Sou. Nayana Bhagat, spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha spoke on the topic of ‘Spirituality for leading happy life’. The lecture was held at Shiva Mandir, Powai Vihar Complex. Sanatan Prabhat readers and ‘jidnyasus’ attended the lecture.

Navi Mumbai

Nerul – Sou. Sneha Harmalkar of HJS gave guidance on ‘Spirituality for stress-free life’ to students of ‘Shantashri Classes’ at Sector 10. 20 students attended the lecture.

Airoli – Sou. Sneha Harmalkar of HJS and Dr. (Sou.) Mamata Desai of Sanatan Sanstha gave guidance on ‘Spirituality for stress-free life’ to students of 10th and 12th standard from ‘Shah Classes’. 150 students from both standards attended the lecture.

Koparkhairane – Lecture on ‘Spirituality for stress-free life’ was held by Sou. Sneha Harmalkar, a Sanatan seeker for students of 10th standard from ‘Om Sai Datta Classes’ in Sector 6. 36 students attended the lecture. Similar lecture was held at ‘Ambition Classes’ in Sector 7 for students of 10th class. 19 students attended the lecture.

Guidance to students from coaching classes

Lectures on ‘Spirituality for stress-free life’ and on ‘How to study’ were held at various coaching classes for students of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Ghodapdev (Byculla) – On 25th April, lecture on ‘How to study’ was held for students of ‘Vision Academy’ by Sou. Jyoti Parab of Sanatan Sanstha. Students of 10th and 12th standard attended the lecture.
