Various drives undertaken at Jalgaon, Nandurbar during Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Abhiyan

Drives like temple-cleaning, collective chanting, holding lectures, offering special prayers to God etc are being undertaken all over the country in the background of birthday celebrations of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Jayant Balaji Athavale. As part of this campaign, various drives were undertaken even in districts like Jalgaon, Nandurbar, Brahmapur (Madhya Pradesh) etc.

1. Temple cleaning and prayers !

On 29th April, devout Hindus undertook temple-cleaning drive at Nagdev Mandir, Chopda (Jalgaon); on 2nd May Alkariwada Mahadev Mandir was cleaned while on 4th May, Datta Mandir at Panchhoshti area, Naya Mohalla and Vitthal Mandir in Mahajan Peth in Brahmapur (Madhya Pradesh) were cleaned. Collective prayers were also offered at these temples for establishing Hindu Rashtra.

 

2. Special prayers

Special prayers were offered on 30th April, at Anandi Bhavani Mandir and at Vitthal Mandir, Paldhi; on 2nd May, at Gajanan Maharaj Mandir; on 4th May at Shani Mandir and ‘Motha Maruti Mandir; on 5th May, at Shriram Mandir on Jamaner Road, Pachora (Jalgaon) and at Khanderao Mandir, Nandurbar.

3. Lectures

On 29th April, Sou. Pinky Maheshwari held lecture on the topic of ‘Sadhana’ at Gokuldham Mandir in Lalbaug area of Brahmapur. On 3rd May, lectures were held on the same topic at Shiva Mandir, Bank Colony by Sou. Vimal Kadwane and at Elizabeth nagar in Nandurbar by Sou. Nivedita Joshi; while lecture was held on the topic of ‘Symptoms of sun-stroke and remedies’ by Dr. Rajani Natawadkar. Sou. Sunita Vyas held lecture on ‘Sadhana’ on 2nd May at Lohianagar, Chopda.

4. Shaurya-jagaran Drive

Devout Hindus presenting demo on self-defence at ‘Yuva Shaurya-jagaran’ work-shop held at Pimpri

‘Yuva Shaurya-jagaran’ camp was organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Pimpri (Jalgaon). Young men attending ‘Self-defence’ training class held at Chandsani- Kamalgaon, had organized this work-shop. It was started with prayers offered to ‘Vitthal-Rakhumai’ at Mandir’s hall. Shri. Shreyas Pisolkar of HJS first gave background of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Jayant Balaji Athavale and his various missions undertaken for protection of nation and Dharma; followed with guidance on ‘Need for self-defence training and ‘Shaurya-jagaran’. He said that there was increase in incidents of attacks on nation and Dharma. Considering the external problems and internal strife leading to riots within the country, every citizen needs to get trained in self-defence. Hindus’ have history of valour. Not only men but even women have exhibited bravery for protecting Hindu Dharma. Today, once again, it is time to awaken valour in us. We are therefore, trying to awaken valour amongst youth through this drive.”

Shri. Kalpesh Dhanagar and Shri. Amol Dhanagar from Chandsani-Kamalgaon presented demo on self-defence. The program was attended by 26 local devout youth. During the concluding session of discussions on planning, youth members from Pimpri showed interest in conducting of self-defence training classes and made a resolve to exercise regularly for maintaining good health.
