Prayagraj (Kumbhanagari) : There are some people in Parliament who have no knowledge of law and Constitution. They created inequality under the sweet name of ‘equality’ and encouraged Hindu-hatred. Minorities have been extended special facilities and Hindus are treated as secondary citizens. Attempts are made to demoralize Hindus, stated Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingale, national Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) while speaking in a program shown on ‘Facebook live’ on the subject of ‘Injustice done to the majority population of Hindus, owing to appeasement of minorities !’

Shri. Anupam Mishra, Chief Editor of ‘Prayagraj Times and Leader’ and Shri. Chetan Rajhans, national spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha participated in the program. The program was compeered by Shri. Vishwanath Kulkarni, State Coordinator of HJS for Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingale said that Supreme Court has asked the Government to define the word ‘minority’. Definition of ‘Minority’ and ‘Majority’ is thrust upon us by the International community which is suppressing Hindus. In most of the countries of the world, religion followed by respective majority populations has been given protection under law and that religion has been accepted as ‘Official Dharma’ of the respective country. In India, however, the situation is totally different. Our rulers declared India as a ‘secular’ country. There is no propriety of the word ‘minority’ in this country since India has not been declared as Hindu Rashtra.

Hindus have become the minority in 8 States, still why all facilities are extended only to Muslims ? – Anupam Mishra

‘There is political indifference towards solving Hindus’ issues; so issue like Ram-Mandir which is close to Hindus’ heart, has been pending in Court. There are 70% Muslims in Jammu-Kashmir State and 98% Muslims in Kashmir valley. Hindus are on the verge of becoming extinct; still out of 753, 717 government scholarships are given to Muslims. Even in Bengal, Muslims have become majority population. In the year 2017, Allahabad High Court had given a decision that ‘Muslims cannot be considered as minority in Uttar Pradesh’. Supreme Court had stated in one case even earlier that ‘community with population of less than 50% will only be treated as minority in that State’. Hindus have become minority in 8 States, still why only Muslims are extended all facilities?’

There is ‘Minority Commission’ for taking care of minorities’ rights but there is no system for taking care of Hindus’ rights ! – Chetan Rajhans

The word ‘minority’ has not been even defined in Constitution; still ‘Minority Commission’ was set up in 1993 for them. There is, however, no system under law or under Constitution for protection of Hindus’ rights and faiths. It is against the policy of ‘All are equal before law’ mentioned in Constitution. Fanatics displaced 4.5 lakh Kashmiri Hindus but no Commission has been set up for doing them justice nor have they been rehabilitated so far; but in 2002, for the so-called riots staged at Godhra, 3 Commissions were set up. Under existing democracy, only minorities have legal protection and Hindus have no savior. It is an open breach of Article 14 of the Constitution.”
