Mumbai : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) organized programs at ‘Maharashtra Kamgar Kalyan Mandal’, Parel and ‘Golden Kreeda Mandal’, Koliwada (Worli) under its ‘Shaurya-jagaran’ drive. HJS activists explained the need for women to get trained in self-defence since atrocities against women are increasing. Demos on self-defence were also staged during the program. Participating women showed interest in HJS’ conducting self-defence training classes.
