Nashik : Since last many years HJS in Nashik is engaged in the campaign of celebrating Ganeshotsav ideally. Local administration praised this campaign of HJS recently. A representation was given to the administrators making demand of stopping immediately the denigration of Shri Ganesh making artificial lakes for immersion of idols and inviting people to donate idols under the name of so called pollution. Representation was given to District Collector Radhakrushnan B. and Deputy Collector Ramdas Khedkar of Nashik, Shri. Nitin Upasani education officer in Nashik Municipality. At this time the officers had dialogue with activists of the Samiti and after having listened to all their points, they praised the campaign saying, “You are creating very good awareness”. Shri. Ravindra Sonaikar, Sou. Prachi Kulkarni of HJS and Sou. Vandana Ozarkar of Sanatan Sanstha were present on this occasion.
