Having errors in democracy of Bharat, is great conspiracy of the British : Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle, National Guide, HJS

Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) : In Britain laws related to religion are formulated by church; whereas the laws related to politics are formulated in the parliament. Why such a system was not applied in Bharat ? Only 2 political parties prevail in Britain; but in Bharat there are many political parties. This was also British conspiracy. Due to party politics there is no unity in Bharat. Therefore it is evident that it was the British conspiracy overall to create ambiguity in the system of democracy of Bharat, stated Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle, National Guide, HJS. He was speaking in the lecture organised in the Bar Association in Gwalior High Court. President of the Bar Association Adv. Anil Mishra, Secretary Adv. Dhiren Pal, all office bearers and executive members, Adv. Yuvrajsingh Bhadouriya, Adv. Amit Chouhan had organised this lecture. 40 lawyers benefited by that.

Points stated by Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle

1. Laws in Bharat are not formulated by Bharatiyas. Indian Penal Code is of the year 1860. From this we can know that these laws were made to punish Bharatiya revolutionaries. They prevail even today. Facilities which were provided to minorities in the Constitution are not applicable to majorities. Why this discrimination ? Even majorities must be entitled for protection and facilities.
2. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar had opposed to incorporate the word ‘Secular’ in the Constitution in the year 1950. He had said that, ‘It would be wrong to include this word unless people are taken into confidence’; but during the time of emergency in the year 1976 Indira Gandhi inserted this word in the Constitution. This was against democracy. None of the political parties opposed it. We demand that this word which is against democracy, should be deleted from the Constitution.
3. When the aura of black coat used by lawyers was verified with modern appliance, they found that it projects negative energy. Therefore lawyers should decide now whether it is appropriate to wear black coat ?

Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle had met the president of the Bar Association of Gwalior High Court. At that time they had discussion over the increasing malpractices in democracy and attacks on Hindu Dharma. Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle informed him about the menace of ‘love jihad’ and told him about the text on ‘Love jihad’. He also gave him information about the need of establishment of Hindu Rashtra and how lawyers can participate in that mission. Thereafter Adv. Mishra had organised the above lecture.
