Sangali: A woman with an idol of Sree Durga Devi was begging on the road when Sanatan Sanstha’s seekers stopped her from making use of the idol. They called the police for help and later immersed the idol.
Sanatan seekers noticed a woman begging on the roads with an idol of Sree Durga Devi. They stopped the woman and took the idol from her but the woman snatched it away and passed by. She was talking in Kannada language and it became difficult to converse with her. Sanatan seekers, therefore, called up the police station and informed them. The seekers were advised to take help of traffic police and go to the police station along with the woman. At the police station, seekers explained the position to them. The police were convinced and they gave the idol to the seekers who later immersed it.
