It is the duty of advocates to compel administration to run as per laws : Adv. Kamleshchandra Tripathi

Adv. Tripathi speaking during the session

Advocate Kamleshchandra Tripathi, National President, India with Wisdom Group, Varanasi said, “Welfare of society is more important than welfare of the individual. When article 144 was imposed in Varanasi, some fanatic organisations staged an agitation after unlawful assembly. When the administration was questioned about this it came to our notice that this protest had been conducted without proper permission. The jihadis had only submitted a letter about their protest but the administration had not granted them permission for it. Once we learnt this we followed up the matter and asked for punishment to the law breakers. However, the agitation was regularised by the government by granting them backdated permission. This made us aware of how the administration functions.”

Anti-Hindu administration which procrastinates demolishing of illegal masjids but does not hesitate to raze Hindu temples !

We experienced the double standards of the administration, regarding to demolishing places of worship posing as traffic hazards. In Varanasi it was decided to demolish places of worship on the edge of roads, which posed as traffic hazards. We filed a complaint with the administration regarding demolishing of such a roadside masjid but they tried to ignore the matter. इhe District Collectorate expressed the inability to demolish it as it was a matter of religious faith. However, at the same time the administration razed an ancient temple of Mariaai situated by the roadside during Navratri festivities, using police force. So we proceeded to complain that it had hurt religious sentiments of Hindus. Consequently the government reverted its decision to demolish 108 other Hindu temples.  Ensuring that the administration runs appropriately as per laws is the duty of advocates. Hence if any illegal activity is noticed anywhere, then make attempts to put up a legal fight against it.
