Advocates need to give legal backing to devout Hindus : Shri. Sunil Ghanvat

Shri. Sunil Ghanvat speaking

While emphasizing the need of devout Hindu advocates in the mission of Hindutva, Shri. Sunil Ghanvat (Maharashtra State coordinator of HJS) said,

1. During the riots that took place in Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), offences were registered against devout Hindus. Similarly, during the communal riots in Malakapur (District Buldhana), 20 fanatic advocates assisted the jihadi fanatics involved in riots; hence, no offence was registered against any of them.

2. The cow protectors in Karnataka seized the truck carrying cows to slaughterhouse and took it to the Police station. There the Police asked the cow protectors themselves as to under which clauses the offence is to be registered against the culprits. Since the devout Hindus failed to give a reply to the Police, they registered offences against cow protectors themselves.

3. In the Police station in Satara, the devout Hindus who went to lodge the complaint were made to sit in the Police station for 4-5 hours. The registration of the complaint was getting delayed. Therefore, Hindus contacted advocates. When the advocates interacted with the Police, the complaint was registered immediately.

The devout Hindus face many problems while working in the interest of Hindutva due to lack of in-depth knowledge of the law. In such a situation, devout Hindu advocates should assist them by providing legal guidance.
