Prevention of attacks on Hindu Dharma with unity is the need of the hour ! – Shriram Gadadhar shastri

Akola (Maharashtra): Hindus are not alert due to lack of ‘Dharmacharan’. ‘Dharma’ can be protected only by preserving its principles and basic values. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has undertaken a great task of uniting Hindus through ‘Dharma-sabhas’ and teaching ‘Dharmacharan’ by conducting ‘Dharmashikashan’ classes. It is the need of the hour that the attacks on Hindu Dharma by Hindu-haters and different authorities are prevented with unity. The above views were expressed by Mr. Shriram Gadadharshastri, the Director of ‘Vedapatha –shala’ from Bhaurad in Akola District. He was speaking in a inaugural program to start propagation of ‘Dharmasabha’ scheduled to take place on 16th January 2011.

Mr. Dheeraj Raut of HJS offered prayers, ‘Jalabhisheka’ on the ‘pindi’ of Sri Rajrajeshwar, the ‘Gram-devata’ of Akola city and started the ‘prasar’ of ‘Dharmajagruti Sabha’ with breaking of coconut. The ‘Gram-devata’ was worshipped and an invitation was extended to the Deity for the ‘Dharmajagruti sabha’.

About 50 people including HJS members and devout Hindus viz. Mr. Arun Goswami, Mr. Manoj Kulkarni, Mr. Vaibhav Khot, Mr. Kisan Bankuwale, Mr. Raju Kshirsagar were present on the occasion.
