HJS participates in a program to offer tributes to Kanchi Shankaracharya

A program to offer tribute to Kanchi Shankaracharya Shri Jayendra Saraswatiji was organised by Janakalyan at Sankaralayam, Chetput, Chennai on 1.4.2018 from 3 to 6 pm. Bhajans were sung. Vishnu Sahasranamam was chanted. It was followed by the sharing of anubhutis of various devotees of Kanchi Sankaracharya Shri Jayendra Saraswati Swamiji. Swamiji’s love and care for the downtrodden and the efforts He took to bring them firmly into Hindu fold were obvious from their experiences.

On behalf of HJS, Shri. Prabakaran and H. H. (Sou.) Uma Ravichandran took part in the program. The shraddhanjali message sent by Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Jayant Balaji Athavale was read in tamil during the program. Copies of special edition of Sanatan Prabhat with articles related to Kanchi Swamiji was given to Shri. Nagarajan and Sri. Subramanyam of Janakalyan. Around 250 people were present during the program.
