Satara : Taking cognisance of the work undertaken by HJS to maintain law and order in the society, the Satara police felicitated HJS volunteers by giving a certificate on 28th February.
On 18th February, at the onset of Shivjayanti some anti-social elements disgraced Shri Ganesh idols near the bridge over the River Krushna in Shrikshetra Sangam Mauli in order to create law and order situation; but due to very alert Dharmabhimani volunteers of HJS the disaster was averted. With the help of police, HJS volunteers offered worship and arati all those idols and immersed them in the River Krushna.

Along with my associates I have witnessed very closely that HJS volunteers rendered the service, without expectations, to avoid law and order crisis. However we might praise them but their work is commendable and beyond words. HJS campaigns are always praiseworthy. Wherever possible police will definitely assist the Samiti. Shri Sarangkar requested the Samiti to assist police in their campaigns of protecting the nation.
