Rashtriya Hindu Andolan held at Satara

No permission to be granted to ‘Gongat 2017’ glorifying western culture : Demand by devout Hindus and Shivapremi in the Rashtriya Hindu Andolan

Satara : Due to rampant following of inappropriate western traditions the consumption of liquor ns drugs has increased. Therefore cases of atrocities on ladies and accidents too are increasing. In ‘Gongat – Goodbye 2017’ organised here on 31st December programmes like ‘Halloween theme’, ‘Dolby Digital Night’, ‘Tattoo parlour’ even display of fire crackers is going to be held. It is going to be a challenge to the Government to stop the pollution and vulgarity. This could be dangerous for young generation and social health. Satara is a place of heritage of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and revolutionaries and to allow such programmes in this revered place is uncanny. Hence a demand was made in the Rashtriya Hindu Andolan not to permit this programme. All devout Hindu organisations and Shivpremi organisations held this Rashtriya Hindu Andolan on 23rd December at Golbag, Rajwada. Many dignitaries were present on this occasion. Mrs. Rupa Mahadik of Ranaragini wing was also present.

Other demands made on the occasion

  • Ban fire crackers creating air pollution not only during Diwali but also during Christmas and 31st December.
  • Cancel the self-destructive decision of reverting the criminal charges on those pelting stones on soldiers in Jammu-Kashmir !
  • Do not permit the film ‘Padmavati’.

Effect of the news published in Dainik Sanatan Prabhat and protest by devout Hindus !

Will cancel ‘Halloween Theme’ and ‘Tatoo parlour’ from ‘Gongat’ ! – Rohit Sawant, organiser of ‘Gongat’

Job opportunities will be available through the programme ‘Gongat’. Many are coming with their families from Mumbai, Pune. We have taken all the permissions required by the Government. No untoward incidents will occur, we will take due care. Taking into consideration the opposition to the programme, we will cancel ‘Halloween Theme’ and ‘Tatoo parlour’.
