Reading ‘namaz’ at Tajmahal should be stopped till it is proved as Islamic tomb or Hindus’ structure ! – Sou. Sudha Ghatge, HJS

Phalatan , Maharashtra :  Tajmahal considered to be a symbol of so-called love is actually not a Muslim but Hindu structure. Truth about this structure whether a tomb of Mumtaz or an excellent example of Hindu architecture, is yet to be brought forth. For bringing forth true history of this structure, the Government should appoint a committee of historians and get its report. Till then, reading of ‘namaz’ should not be allowed in this structure, was the demand made by Sou. Sudha Ghatge of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) during demonstrations staged under aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ near statue of Babasaheb Ambedkar. Large number of ‘Hindutvavadis’ were present on the occasion.

A fight should always be at thought level and should not involve bloodshed. Activities undertaken by HJS are good. My party and I will always cooperate with HJS in their drive.

Photos were clicked by police, who were in informals, on duty at the venue of demonstrations. A traffic lady-police also clicked photo of demonstrations and asked whether permission was taken for staging demonstrations. (HJS stages demonstrations only after obtaining police permission.
