Malegaon blast case was a conspiracy hatched by Congress and NCP to prove Hindu terrorism

Sudhakar Chaturvedi released on bail in Malegaon bomb blast case of the year 2008, has made a startling revelation that attempts were made to implicate even Yogi Adityanath in this case !

In the bomb blast case of Malegaon, attempts were made in 2008, to target even Yogi Adityanath, the current Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. They wanted any saffron clad ‘Hindutvavadi’ person to prove saffron terrorism; therefore, inquiry used to be made with us on where Yogi Adityanath stayed; how did he travel; which organization he was associated with, etc. They used to even beat us up and preparations were being made to implicate him but that could not happen.

Varanasi : The then Congress and NCP –Front Government had hatched a conspiracy to prove existence of Hindu terrorism; considering growing displeasure amongst Muslims  after arrests of Muslim accused by investigating agencies, in jihadi activities. Advocate Kamaleshchandra Tripathi, national President of ‘India with Wisdom’ and Shri. Vishwanath Kulkarni of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) was present on dais with him.

3. Shri. Sudhakar Chaturvdi, illegally taken into custody, was falsely declared as Sangram Singh while submitting list of passengers to Airport Authority.

4. Using cell phone of Shri. Chaturvedi after reaching Bhopal, Shri. Samir Kulkarni was contacted and he too was forcibly brought to Mumbai.

5. ATS police took away the keys of Shri. Chaturvedi’s house from him and Shekhar Bagade, a police officer kept RDX in Chaturvedi’s house.

6. It was an attempt by the then Congress and NCP leaders to prove existence of Hindu terrorism in India, only for appeasement of Muslims. Shri. Sudhakar Chaturvedi informed that a case has been filed in Court for getting appropriate punishment for the police involved in doing injustice.
