Efforts to thwart conversion of Hindus at Chidambarapuram, Srilanka

South of Vavuniya is Chidambarapuram which is like an island of 300 hindu families amidst Sinhalese. In that place Christian missionaries are trying to convert and they have succeeded in converting 11 families so far. Sri Sachithanandanji rushed to the place when he heard the news that they are trying to convert around 154 hindu families to Christianity.

In order to create awareness amongst Hindus against conversion and to facilitate those who got converted to Christianity to come back to Hindu dharma, Shri. M Sachithanandan along with Shri. Rama Ravikumar of Hindu Makkal Katchi is staying there during the auspicious week of Kanda Sashti starting from 19.10.2017. They are meeting the main trustees of the Palani Murugan temple there, interacting with Hindus and working tirelessly to stop conversion
