Mumbai : ‘Hind Cycle Ganeshotsav Samiti’ celebrated Ganesh festival for 21 days as usual at Worli. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS)’s volunteers are invited to give guidance on one day, since last 4 years, during the festival. Sou. Vijaya Shah of HJS spoke on ideal way of celebrating Ganesh festival for getting spiritual and social benefits; while addressing a ‘Haldi-Kumkum’ program that was attended by about 300 women.
Shri. Sangathan (Deepak) Sharma, the Founder President of ‘Hind Cycle Ganeshotsav Samiti’, Shri. Mohan Mhamunkar, Founder and Chief Advisor and other members viz. Shri. Shekhar Hursale, Shri. Hari Prasad Kasturi, Shri. Rashmikant Tripathi, Shri. Sambhaji Patil and other members helped in successful organization of the program.
Highlights
1. One devotee after attending the guidance, requested for holding similar guidance in his Mandal’s program.
2. Exhibition of Sanatan books and ‘sattvika’ products was also held at the venue.
3. It was observed that Shri. Sangathan (Deepak) Sharma of ‘Hind Cycle Ganehsotsav Samiti’ believed in doing every thing as per ‘Dharma-shaastra’.
