Sriram Sene to stage agitations in Karnataka from 2nd July

Issue of ‘Iftar’ party in Shrikrushna Mutt at Udupi

Mangaluru (Karnataka) : Pejawar Shri. Vishweshteertha Swami organized ‘Iftar’ party in mutt and insulted all Hindus. Swamiji is a guide of Hindus but he has committed such serious mistake through his action. Sriram Sena will stage agitations against the same in Karnataka State from 2nd July, informed Shri. Pravin Walke, a leader of Sriram Sena during a press conference held here. Shri. Dharmendra of Hindu Mahasabha, Shri. Chandra Moger, Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for South Canara district and other ‘Hindutvavadis’ were present on the occasion.

Shri. Chandra Moger of HJS said that no Muslim has talked about harmony about incidents of oppression of Hindus in Kashmir or against those who are abducting Hindus. No Muslim welcomes ban on cow-slaughter. If they want friendship, why don’t they oppose love jihad ? After riots staged at Kalakkad in Mangaluru, why didn’t Muslims keep harmony ? Swamiji has committed a mistake by allowing such people to read ‘namaz’ and ‘Iiftar’ in the mutt, who oppose idol-worshipping. What kind of message is he trying to send ? Gandhi also tried to be cordial with Muslims but it resulted in massacre of Hindus. Hindus need no efforts to be friendly with others; but non-Hindus need to do that. Such incident indicates Swamiji needs ‘Dharmashikshan’.

A reporter asked, “Why do you target all Muslims ? Aren’t there good persons amongst Muslims ?” On this, Shri. Moger said, “Those, who are good and patriots, should come forward. We will not go in search of them.”
