Chennai : On 30th June 2017, Bharath Hindu Munnani headed by Sri. R.D Prabhu organized a Palkudam (milk pot) abishshakam by women members at Choolai, Chennai. This abhishekam was arranged mainly to appease the Angalaparameswari Devi at the Temple for the approaching difficult times and Natural Disasters. On this occasion HJS activists Sri Kashinath Shetti and Sow.Suganthi Jaikumar were also present. Sou. Suganthi gave a lecture on the spiritual reasons behind Natural disasters and the importance Sadhana to protect ourselves, Samashti prayers for Hindu Rashtra. Also guidance on Acharadharma such as How to celebrate Birthday, importance of applying Kumkum and how to do Namaskar was also told. Exhibition of Sanatan’s granth and Gurupournima special issue paper were also put up.
