Take severe action against persons persecuting Sadhvi Pradnya Singh  ! – Narendra Kevale, Shiv Sena City-Chief, Amravati

‘Hindutvavadis’ submitting representation to additional District Collector

Amravati : Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj kept before us ideal of treating every woman as mother. Sadhvi Pradnya Singh was persecuted though no accusation could be proved against her. Had Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj been here now, all such things could have been avoided. Stringent action should be taken against those responsible for persecution of Sadhvi Pradnya Singh who is like mother to us, demanded Shri. Narendra Kevale, city-Chief of Shiv Sena during demonstrations staged by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and like-minded organizations under the aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ at Rajkamal Chowk on 13th June. Representation was submitted on 14th June to additional District Collector Shri. Pardesi, for with the said demands. He said that the representation would be forwarded to his seniors.

Shri. Abhishek Dixit of Shri Shivapratishthan Hindustan said, “Two years back, chemical coating was given to the idol of Sri Mahalakshmi Devi at Kolhapur; but guidance should have been taken before such action to know what ‘Dharma-shaastra’ says regarding the same; but due to lack of ‘Dharmashikshan’, importance of Saints is not realized and such improper actions are taken. Persons involved in such improper things should be severely punished.”

Shri. Manav Buddhadev of ‘Shri Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti’, Shri. Hemant Khatri of HJS, Sanatan Sanstha’s Sou. Vibha Chaudhari also addressed the demonstrators. Sou. Archana Mawale did compeering of the program. There were more than 40 people participating in demonstrations; including Shri. Mahesh Ladake and Shri. Karan Dhote of Shri Shivapratishthan Hindustan.
