Hindus should form a pressure-group for ban on cow-slaughter : Ramesh Shinde

PETA, an international organization that takes care of all animals, is keeping quiet on killing of cow in Kerala and congratulates Rahul Gandhi for rendering apology. It is cow-hatred of international organizations. Nationalist Diwan of Ajmer Durgah says, “Our ‘azan’ is heard by Hindus from India; then why shouldn’t we respect their goumata ? Rulers, who can listen to the ‘baang’ sounded in illegal manner five times in a day, don’t listen to the cry of Hindus for protection of cows. Congress had demanded ban on cow-slaughter during British regime and withdrew the ban for appeasement and votes, after independence. Cow is not revered by only Hindus but even Parsis and Jains also worship cow. Still why does the secularist Government allow cow-slaughter ? The so-called secularists mislead people on meaning of ‘Vedas’ and justify cow-slaughter. We want to ask them, what do they think about ‘Atharva Veda’ under which a person killing cow is advised to be killed with bullet of lead ? Our demand is not just limited to ban on cow-slaughter but the land available with the Government, which is meant for grazing of cows, should be returned to ‘goumata’ and sanctuaries should be created for cows at such places. Pressure-group of Hindus should be prepared for the same.

2. Declare cow as a national animal.
