Government avoided to present the Bill during budgetary session due to efforts of Warakari Sampradaya and pro-Hindu organizations ! Victory of ‘Dharma-shakti’ over ‘Raj-shakti’ !

Maharashtra Government has time and again betrayed to Warakaris as far as anti-superstitions Act is concerned. The Chief Minister has not kept his promise of setting up Joint Committee to discuss objections raised by Warakaris.

‘In the Assembly session held at Nagpur earlier, Chief Minister (CM), Pruthviraj Chavan has removed the shortcomings and doubts of Warakaris related to the anti-superstitions bill. Since the obstacles in passing the Act have been removed, there should be no problem now in passing the said Act.

Pune (Maharashtra) : The existing laws are capable of handling matters related to superstitions. The Government is trying to pass the anti-superstitions Act under influence of handful of atheists.

Government, who disregard Chief Dharmacharyas for opposing anti-superstitions Act, are anti-Hindus ! ‘Bheeshmacharya’ H.B.P. Vakte Maharaj not invited for meeting !

H.B.P. Bodale Maharaj, H.B.P. Rameshwar Maharaj Shastri of Warakari sect and H.B.P. Bapu Maharaj Raokar of National Warakari Sena submitted memorandums against the Anti-superstition Bill to various Ministers !

Dr. Narendra Dabholkar, the chief executive of ‘Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANiS)’, who has been trying for the past 17 years to pass the anti-superstitions Act imposing restrictions on Hindus in abiding by Dharma, has become very angry.

While exposing the wicked purpose behind passing the said Act in a discussion program ‘Aaj chaa Sawaal’ telecast on ‘IBN Lokmat’ TV news channel on Wednesday, advocate Punalekar cut apart the provisions made in the Bill restricting religious rituals and ceremonies.

The Act is opposed by everyone. Stiil, if the Government presents it, all opposition parties will strongly oppose the said Bill,’ stated Mr. Eknath Khadse, the Opposition leader, SLA. He addressed the press conference held on the eve of the monsson session.

When at one side all Warkari sects and Hindu organisations are opposing anti-Hindu Anti superstition and at other side CM misleading religious citizens and Warakaris by saying that discussions held with the people who were opposing the bill and it will be passed in forthcoming monsoon session

In a press release, recently published by ANS at Pune, it has been stated that ‘the proposed anti-superstitions Act is not against worship, religious rituals, ‘waari’ (annual pilgrimage) and Warakaris.’
