Spy IFS officer falls prey to Love jihad - Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

There is a perception that only poor and ordinary Hindu girls are the target of Love jihad by ‘desi’ Muslims. Does the below mentioned news suggest to a larger design? The last line, where the ‘spy IFS officer’ , Madhuri Guptha claims she was treated like a ‘dog’ by her ‘Pakistani Jihadi Romeo’ bears striking similarity to the status of poor, innocent, Hindu live jihad victims.

New Delhi: It was love and her wish to marry her Pakistani handler Jamshed that made Madhuri Gupta a spy said the Delhi police in a chargesheet filed on Tuesday. Gupta was arrested in April, has been accused of passing classified information to Jamshed and another ISI official, Mubshar Raza Rana when she was posted at Islamabad.

“The contents of an email showed that she was in love with Jim (Jamshed). Both had planned to get married. It is clear from the contents that Jim is Pakistani. The motive is established from the email,” the chargesheet said. The police said Gupta was in touch with Rana and Jamshed after her introduction to Javed Rashid, a journalist with Jung newspaper.

Rana also wanted information on a proposed 310-MW hydro-electric power project to be set up in J&K by 2020, the chargesheet said. The police in the chargesheet referred to a letter written on October 3, 2009 by Gupta to Rana to establish intimacy with Jamshed.

“She visited J&K at the instance of Pakistani officials…” police said. A high-ranking Army officer and an external intelligence agency official have also come under the scanner.

The chargesheet referred to the letter in which Gupta said, “I have one my best for him (Jamshed) but he treats me like a dog.”

“… Till we are married and till I am in the present job, I have to behave accordingly…” Gupta wrote, “It is better we part our ways. Tell Jim that Pakistani ko aazma ke dekh liya (I have understood a Pakistani).”
