Jointly organised with ‘Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce and Industries’, and ‘Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan’
Bhilai, Chhattisgarh – A three-day ‘Employee Personality Development Training Workshop’ was organised jointly by the Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce and Industries, the Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan, and the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti at the C.A. Building in Civic Centre, Bhilai.
Speaking during the inaugural session, Shri Abhijit Polke, Nagpur District Coordinator of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, emphasised that a stress-free environment is essential for success. He noted that a positive workplace atmosphere improves communication and boosts productivity. Issues such as ineffective customer communication, mutual disagreements, and a lack of efficiency often stem from individual personality defects. Rather than seeking temporary fixes, eradicating these defects while engaging in spiritual practice extends long-term benefits to personal life, business, and family alike.
Chhattisgarh’s Finance Minister, Shri O.P. Choudhary, joined the inauguration online and expressed full awareness of the challenges faced by traders. He assured participants that he remains ready to resolve unnecessary issues caused by officials and encouraged traders to share their concerns without hesitation.
The workshop was organised under the leadership of Ajay Bhasin, State General Secretary of the Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce and Industries; Gargi Shankar Mishra, Chairman of the Bhilai branch; and Dinkar Basotia. Guidance was provided on vital topics such as teamwork, leadership skills, effective employee communication, and personality development.
Shri. Gargi Shankar Mishra praised the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s efforts to promote a spiritual approach to development, stating: “This is a distinctive feature of our Sanatan tradition. Through it, we can become ideal citizens and successful traders while contributing to nation-building. In today’s hectic routine, setting aside time for self-reflection is essential.”

Special mention
In May, Ajay Bhasin visited the Sanatan Ashram at Ramnathi, Goa. During his visit, he closely observed the Ashram’s excellent management, discipline, and the unity and dedication among the seekers engaged in service. He also gathered detailed information about the personality-defect eradication process conducted there.
Impressed by this process, he resolved to extend its benefits to his business associates and employees by making it a core part of his employee training camp.
