Adv. Harishankar Jain, President, Hindu Front for Justice said, "Concept of Hindu Rashtra is very old. Maharana Pratap, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Pruthviraj Chauhan also strived for it. Hindu Janajagurit Samiti (HJS) is the first organization in this country which has openly made declaration about establishment of Hindu Rashtra. While creating Hindu Rashtra, first of all, we will have to prepare its constitution so that the world would know how such Hindu Rashtra would be. The process of creation of Hindu Rashtra has started and it will be completed. Nobody can stop establishment of Hindu Rashtra. The above statement was made by advocate, Shri. Harishankar Jain, who has been fighting legal battle in Supreme Court for ‘Ram-Mandir’ in Ayodhya. He was speaking in the session of advocates held on 22nd June, on the topic of ‘Rama-Janma-Bhoomi’ agitation, its experiences and future direction’."

Adv. Jain further said,

1. Since one thousand years, Muslims have been oppressing Hindus, doing injustice to them, raping women and being violent. Hindus are treated like animals in Hindustan. It is not the question of just temples at Ayodhya, Kashi and Mathura; but it’s the problem of such 3000 temples. Till this land is not freed, Hindu Rashtra is incomplete.

2. India was ‘Vishwa-Guru’. Bhagavan Shiva was worshipped all over the world. Today, we have lost our glory so also our enriched culture. It is our first duty to regain such glory and culture. It is necessary to impart education on matters related to Dharma before establishment of Hindu Rashtra, he said.
