Topic of Discussion : ‘What should be the political perspective of Hindu organisations ?’

Hindus should contemplate on why they are Hindus ! – Col. D.K. Kapur, Hindustan National Party

During general elections, Hindus should elect that candidate who will act only after giving due consideration to the Hindu advantage. They should make this clear to the local Political parties and the leaders. If a suitable candidate is not found then, depending on the situation, Hindu organisations should ask one of their activists to fight the elections. The ruling politicians should be pressurised in a lawful manner to take decisions that are advantageous to Hindus. Hindus should not forget the fact that our forefathers did not fall prey to the oppressions of cruel Mughals like Aurangzeb and hence, they remained Hindus. Consequently we too are born in the Hindu family. Therefore, if we unite we can speed up the process of establishment of the Hindu Rashtra. We all should have this political perspective. These views were expressed by Col. D.K. Kapur while summarising the discussion on the topic of ‘What should be the political perspective of Hindu organisations ?’

Mr. Durgesh Parulkar of Hindu Mahasabha said that the importance of history should be imbibed on the minds of today’s students. The distorted history should be done away with and the actual history should be written. Work shops should be held for the students in training colleges for the teachers. Exhibitions of the national heroes should be held. Agitations should be held against an institution such as NCERT that teaches anti-Hindu history. The government has imposed an undeclared ban on the picture of slaying of Afzalkhan; however we have to see to it that the history of the valour of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is always remembered. Medals with pictures of slaying of  Afzalkhan by Shivaji should be made and displayed on the shirt pocket.

While presenting the summary of the discussions on the topic of ‘Measures to be adopted to stop religious conversions’ Mr. Gururaj Prabhu of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti said that only after Hindus themselves take Dharmashikshan (Education on Dharma) will it be possible to stop the religious conversions. Hindus should study their Dharma, should learn the erroneous things in other sects and tell them to others too. Should abide by Dharma themselves and make other abide by Dharma too. Tell openly how the Hindu God is superior. Refute the criticism of Hindu Dharma made by non-Hindus. Boycott western celebrations such a ‘31st December’, ‘Valentines Day’ etc.
