260 people return to Hinduism in Andhra Pradesh

A total of 260 people belonging to six villages under Nalgonda district of Andhra Pradesh returned home on April 10. A function was held at Mothi village by the VHP Dharma Prasar Samiti to welcome them in Hinduism. Around 500 children were presented the locket of Hanumanji and all those who returned home were gifted new clothes. Joint central secretary of the VHP Shri G Satyam addressed the gathering. VHP district president Shri Sailu, Shri Nageshwar Rao, Shri Melaiyaji, Shri Buchaiyaji, Shri S Murthy, Shri Malikarjun etc. were also present on the occasion.

In another function held at Vankeshwaram village under Mehboobnagar district on April 7 six families of five villages returned home. Over 600 people belonging to ten villages attended the function. The function was organised under the chairmanship of Dr Balnarayan. Similarly, on April 4 also four Christian families returned home at Nagalpur village under Karnool district. About 400 people of the village attended the function.
