Yeotmal : Anti-Hindu ‘Brigade’ organizations are spreading adverse rumours about ‘Gudi Padwa’ but Hindus shouldn’t pay heed to such rumours and erect ‘Gudhis’ at home to welcome new year. The above appeal was made by Shri. Shrikant Pisolkar, Vidarbha-coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti in a meeting of pro-Hindu organizations held at Shri Swami Samartha Mandir, in the background of ‘Gudi Padwa’. It was decided to distribute hand-bills, display posters and propagate these things through social websites. It was also decided to set up a stall to create awareness amongst Hindus about the manner in which ‘Gudhi’ is to be erected and explain the importance of ‘Gudi Padwa’.

The meeting was attended by 16 devout Hindus including Shri. Manoj Audarya of ‘Shriram Janmotsav Samiti’, Shri. Dinesh Rathod, District-President and Shri. Sanjay Sambhare of ‘Patanjali Yoga Samiti’, Shri. Abhijit Dabhadkar, Director of ‘Shiva-Samartha Dhol- Tasha band’, Shri. Narhar Dev of RSS, Shri. Ram Dharane, Shri. Anant Atravalkar of Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Shrikant Pisolkar and Shri. Mangesh Khandel of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. An appeal was also made to Hindus to attend, in large numbers, programs organized on the occasion of New Year.
