Avoid blindly following western culture and abide by own Dharma : Kum. Madhavi Chore

Yeotmal : On the occasion of Women’s Day, guidance was organized by Ranaragini Division for women at Bhari village. Kum. Madhavi Chore of Ranaragini said, “Qualities of great women leaders like Rani Lakshmibai, Jijamata, ‘Punyashloka’ Ahilyabai Holkar will be inculcated in us if we stop blindly imitating western culture and start ‘Dharmacharan’. Nowadays, all women watch programs on TV and start blindly following western culture. There is therefore, injustice done to women including teasing, sexual exploitation, rape etc. The Government has failed in putting curb over such incidents and we should get trained in self-defence; practise spirituality and make efforts with unity. Then, women can be successful in any field.” Many women asked her various questions to clarify their doubts.
