Faridabad : HJS creates awareness amongst students against celebration of Valentine Day

Faridabad : A drive was undertaken by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Agrassen Chowk in Sector 16 against celebration of Valentine Day. HJS volunteers displayed boards on which matter was written giving information on Valentine Day. Shri. Suresh Munjal of HJS along with many devout Hindus participated in the drive.

Lecture organized in R. V. M School

Shri. Devendraji of HJS explained to students of R.V.M School why Valentine Day should not be celebrated. 150 students and 12 teachers attended the lecture. A representation was also submitted to the School management for celebrating 14th February as ‘Matru-Pitru Pujan Divas’.

Distribution of handbills on the subject near Lakshminagar metro station

Handbills explaining facts and wrong things happening in the name of Valentine Day and demand for celebration of ‘Matru-Pitru Din’ instead of Valentine Day were distributed near Lakshminagar metro station when Shri. Deepak Singh, the President of Bajarang Dal for Lakshminagar; Shri. Arvind Gupta, Shri. Harikishan Sharma, Shri. Santosh Gupta, Sou. Rajarani Mahur, Sou. Tara Yadav of HJS and activists of Bajarang Dal were present.
