HJS ‘Dharmajagruti’ activities through different means in AP and Telangana

1. Submitting representations to stop misbehaviour observed on the occasion of 31st December

A. Representation was submitted to Police Commissioner Kamalhasan Reddy at Karinagar (Karimnagar) in Telangana on 16.12.2016. People from Arya Samaj and Bhavsar Kshatriya Samaj from Karinagar were present on the occasion.

B. Similar representation was submitted to Shri. Veera Barahmayya, ‘District Revenue’ Officer, Karinagar. He promised to talk to the District Collector and take prohibitory measures.

C. Shri. Gurav Uppal, District Collector, Nalagonda and Superintendent of Police, Prabhakar Reddy were also given representations. Shri. Uppal promised to take necessary action. Members of Shankar Bharati, ‘Paryavaran Parikshak Samiti’ and HJS were present on the occasion.

D. On 19.12.2016, Shri. Patnayak, Dy. District Collector of Bodhan was given representation by local devout Hindus, Shiv Sainiks and volunteers of HJS.

E. Representations were submitted to police officers, elected representative and 10 colleges.

2. RHA held at Indur (Nizamabad)

Demonstrations were staged in front of District Collector’s office on 17.12.2016 at Indur (Nizamabad), in Telangana State, demanding prevention of wrong things happening on 31st December. Organizations like ‘Lashkar-e-Hind’, Shiv Sena, ‘Hanuman Devalaya Parirakshan Samiti’, Bar Association etc participated in the demonstrations.

3. Distribution of handbills

1000 handbills on the topic of 31st December celebrations were distributed by 5 devout Hindus.

4. Contacting eminent personalities

2 advocates, 4 chiefs of pro-Hindu organizations and ‘Hindutvavadis’ from other ‘Sampradayas’ were contacted in this connection.
