HJS drive to prevent abuse of national flags !

Sangli : Dr. Ambole, Health Officer of Sangli Municipal Corporation promised volunteers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) that all vendors from Sangli, Miraj and Kupwada Municipal Corporation would be instructed against use of plastic national flags; after Republic Day, his staff would take a round and collect flags lying on roads. HJS submitted a representation to Municipal Corporation, making an appeal for prevention of abuse of national flag.

Matter will be posted on the website of Zilha Parishada ! – Dy. Education Officer, Zilha Parishada    

There is a website of Zilha Parishada for schools under its control. The representation submitted by HJS will be posted on this website and all Head teachers of those schools would be instructed accordingly, was the promise given by Shri. M S Dhotre, Dy. Education Officer of Zilha Parishada. Similar representation was also submitted to primary education department of Zilha Parishada and Sangli District Collector in the presence of Shri. Dattatreya Retharekar, Chandrashekhar Pattanshetti and Dattatreya Kulkarni.

    Yes because paper and clothes flag thrown get decomposed or de colored but plastic it remains as it is… And it hurts…
