The first O.B.C. literary conference inaugurated by burning ‘Manu-smruti’

Pune:The first O.B.C. literary conference was inaugurated at ‘Alpabachat Sanskrutik Bhavan’ by burning a copy of the Hindu’s Holy Scripture ‘Manu-smruti’. While the copy of the scripture was burning, a lamp was lighted with the help of a burning page from the book. Eminent personalities like Dr. Narendra Jadhav, Chancellor of Pune University, Shri. Ulhas Pawar, MLA and Chairman of Maharashtra Statutory Development Council, Shri. Sudhakar Ganagane, MLA, Prof. Hari Narake, Shri. Suresh Narake, Shri Sudhakar Gayadhani, President of the Conference were present on the occasion.
