Complaint lodged with police by Prabhakar Bhosale a devout Hindu !

Issue of distributing defaming book on Balasaheb Thackeray during meeting of Kanhaiya Kumar

Why police cannot observe what devout Hindus can ? Police register case only after complaint is lodged; but why don’t they do anything even when crime takes place before their eyes ? Why don’t they take preventive measures against such incidents ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat

Mumbai : A book written by Sudhir Dhavale titled ‘Bhandavala cha Brahmani Dev’ was released and distributed during the meeting of Kanhaiya Kumar held on 23rd April at Adarsh High School; in an attempt to create communal disharmony. Shri. Prabhakar Bhosale from Shivakarya Pratishthan, Vikhroli has lodged a complaint with Nehrunagar police station against Sudhir Dhavale, Kanhaiya Kumar and his caucus.

Shri. Bhosale has stated in the complaint that ….

1. This book has despicable criticism on Balasaheb Thackeray which is based on no proofs.

2. Language and target of this book and overall aim is criticizing Balasaheb Thackeray and activists of Shiv Sena, which is unwarranted and baseless.

3. On page 20 of this book, it is written that loyalists are given right to express their feelings through violence.

4. On page 30, it is stated that in the name of ‘Jai Bhavani’, Bal Thackeray’s ‘Sainiks’ go on killing people; also on page 31, the writer has referred to Shiv Sainiks as gangs carrying stones.

5. On pages 32, 33 and 34 of this book, writer gives message that Shiv Sena and Shiv Sainiks would have to be stopped resorting to violence; which is expressed not in direct words but implied through all of his writings.

6. This book is written with an aim of creating rift amongst people indirectly and inciting violence although not in direct words.

7. It can create two groups, one that believes in Shiv Sena and another that can be provoked through this book.

8. From the background of writer Sudhir Dhavale, when searched on internet, it is understood that a case was filed against him on similar charges; but Court acquitted him due to lack of evidence. It shows that it is quite possible that the writer has criminal mind-set.
