Municipal Corporations play Various Tricks to lure Devotees to Artificial Tanks for Ganesh Idol Immersion !

Mumbai (Maharashtra): In the name of pollution control, the Mumbai Municipal Corporation has constructed artificial tanks at 18 places while New-Mumbai Municipal Corporation has built such tanks at 3 places. In order to lure the Ganesh devotees towards these tanks the Municipalities and the associated organisations were coming up with various enticing gimmicks.

Editors Comment: In the name of pollution control the Municipal Corporation and associated organisations have chosen to take on the mantle of anti-Dharmic activity as they are hell bent on compelling people to relinquish their Dharma – by immersing revered Idols in artificial tanks. All Ganesh devotees should alert themselves to these mastermind ploys.

Adhrama Gift wrapped !

These were the Tactics used to bolster those who chose the unrighteous route:
•    Flower petals were put in the artificial tank constructed in the compound of the Mayor’s bungalow.
•    The Mayor herself was greeting the devotees.
•    A separate area was set up for performing Arti.
•    A cassette of auspicious music was being played.
•    The devotees coming for immersion were heartily welcomed.
•    What is more, every devotee coming for immersion of the Idol towards the artificial tank near Jijamata Park was felicitated by presentation of  a memento by the local Municipal councillor !
•    In addition to all this, various political parties also had put up posters appealing to the devotees to immerse the Idols in artificial tanks.

Editors Comment:
Those who woo devotees through felicitation and compel them to abandon their Dharma are wolves in sheep’s clothing ready to prey on the wavering minds of namesake Hindus !

When the activists of HJS and seekers of Sanatan Sanstha were standing near the artificial tanks to educate the Ganesh devotees on why immersing the Idols in flowing water is spiritually correct, the employees of the Municipality opposed them with the help of the Police at many places. At New Mumbai even women Police were called in to drive off the women activists of HJS. To top it all, activists of a pro-Hindu organisation at Dahisar came forward to help the police to drive the HJS activists off.

Editors Comment: How can these pro-Hindus be called Hindus if they oppose those who educate them on Righteous/Dharmic conduct and the spiritual science given in the scriptures ?

In New Mumbai the employees of the corporation were active in obstructing the devotees going towards natural lakes and re-directing them towards artificial tanks. When HJS members were enlightening people in front of the Mayor’s bungalow at Dadar, some of the supporters of the Mayor stood in front of HJS’s booth and directed the devotees towards artificial tanks near the Mayor’s bungalow. But the members of HJS did not budge.

Editors Comment: Instead of understanding why the activists of HJS are opposing the immersion in artificial tanks, the Municipality and the associated organisations are falling prey to the pressure exerted by the small minded Eco-activists. They do not realise that the vibrations generated by doing the spiritually correct actions are more subtle. The intangible (subtle world) is more powerful than the tangible (gross world) and thus spiritual actions are more impactful and far-reaching than worrying about the environment as the environment is ruled by Spiritual Laws.
