Why we must stop Denigration of Hindu Dharma?

Nanded (Maharashtra): It has been observed that the literature denigrating Saints and eminent personalities is published purposely. (If they are aware of the denigration then why is there delay in taking action against the writers ? – Editor SP). This might lead to unrest in the society and among various castes. After passing a law, action would be taken against those writing denigrating matter about Saints, warned the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Ashok Chavhan. The Chief Minister was addressing the gathering Kusumtai Chavhan award-giving ceremony on occasion of the anniversary of daily ‘Satya-prabha’. “We shall never tolerate the disgrace caused to Sant Tukaram Maharaj and Shivaji Maharaj, warned Mr. Chavhan. (The Chief Minister is forced to react like this due to the agitation undertaken by the Warkaris; otherwise has Congress ever given any importance to such matters ? – Editor SP) In order to honour the literature of Saints, the Chief Minister has announced grant of Rs. 25 lackh for the 1st Literary Conference to be held in Saint Tukdoji Maharaj’s ‘Gurukul’.

No cognizance was taken so far when the sale of denigrating literature on Saints was rampant. The above assurance by the Chief Minister is only a means to get votes of Warkaris in the coming elections. This shows their dishonesty very clearly!
