It is Govt’s duty to stop denigration of Deities happening thro’ crackers ! – Shri. Gopi Kishen, District-Chief, Shiv Sena

Nizamabad : Denigration of Deities takes place when crackers with their pictures are burst. The Government is taking no action despite giving representations; therefore, the Government is motivating us Hindutvavadis to do something to stop such denigration. The Government had opposed to an incident occurring in Denmark of Prophet Mohammad’s insult; but it keeps mum when Deities are insulted in this country. This will not do and the Government should realize own duty to prevent denigration of Deities happening through crackers, stated Shri. Gopi Kishen, District-Chief of Shiv Sena.

On 3rd November, press conference was held by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Indore in this context. Shri. Konda Ashanna, State-President, Telangana Vikas Pradhikaran, Dr. Vishal, psychotherapist, Shri. Sanjay Purohit, District-Chief of Sriram Sena for Indore, advocate Shri. Sharad Chandra; HJS Coordinator, Shri. Nela Tukaram etc. were amongst the Hindutvavadis who attended the press conference.

Level of pollution of river and atmosphere increases due to crackers ! – Shri. Konda Ashanna

The atmospheric temperature increases due to bursting of crackers. Also the sewage water is left in river water after manufacturing of crackers increasing pollution; therefore, as per the prediction of few scientists, there could be mass -deaths in forthcoming period. (Will the Central and State Govts. impose ban on crackers realizing pollution caused due to manufacture of such crackers ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Prevention of denigration of Deities thro’ crackers is protection of Dharma! – Shri. Nela Tukaram

First, we worship Shri. Lakshmi and later, burst crackers with her photographs; causing her denigration. Then, we walk on the pieces of crackers lying on the roads after their bursting. All these things cause denigration of Deities. We are participating in the sin committed through manufacture and sale of crackers as citizens; therefore, prevention of insult of Deities is a kind of protection of Dharma in present times. HJS has been creating awareness amongst people through handbills, flex-boards, VCDs etc. A representation was submitted to the Government on behalf of HJS demanding ban on manufacture of such crackers.
