Stop manufacture and sale of crackers causing pollution ! – Representation submitted to Tehsildar

Ishwarpur (Dist. Sangli) : Representation was submitted on 29th October on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) to Tehsildar Smt. Rupali Sarnobat at Ishwarpur demanding action by the Government Administration to impose restraint on manufacturing and sale of crackers with pictures of Deities and national leaders. Tehsildar Sarnobat promised to send letters to police stations and other concerned departments on accepting the representation. Shri. Rajaram More, Shri. Santosh Kumbhar of HJS, Shri. Suresh Jadhav, Shri. Uttam More of Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Mandar Chavan, an activist of ‘Shiva-pratishthan’ were present on the occasion.
