Considering the increasing danger of Islam Hindus need to unite in earnest – Shiv Sena Chief Balasaheb Thackray

Mumbai: If there is unrest due to Muslims then Maharashtra would not be able to fight against them. Since Shri. Narendra Modi is taking due precautions as far as Gujarat is concerned, it is in safe hands. No use of Punjab and Bengal for us. Everyone is looking into one’s own interest. Now it is the need of the hour to get united as Hindus in our Hindustan as Islam is posing a great danger to us and that is the reason I was stressing on Hindutva, said Shri. Balasaheb Thackray, Shivsenapramukh in the third and last part of the interview in Dainik Samana.

He said further, ‘since I am siding Hindutva, I would not be able to forget Marathi language that is my Mother. All should be proud of ‘Marathi’. We celebrate the birth and death anniversaries of Shivaji Maharaj, sing the Povade (songs narrating the history) of   Bajiprabhu Deshpande. Are we not ashamed of not remembering their fight to save Hindutva? We are honored because of those historical events. Please go through the History for you belong to Maharashtra as you are ‘Marathi’.
