Soil collected in artificial tanks to be used for trees in garden

Mumbai : Under the influence of environmentalists, who always raise their voice against pollution only during Hindu festivals, Mumbai Municipal Corporation (MMC) has taken an anti-Hindu decision against their traditions and hurting their religious sentiments. MMC has decided to use the soil that will be collected from artificial water tanks after immersion of Sree Ganesha idols made of clay, in its gardens. (MMC hurting religious sentiments of Hindus under the guise of conservation of ecology is anti-Hindu. Will it dare to take such decision if the matter concerned other religions? This is the outcome of tolerance shown by Hindus! – Editor)

Dr. Shubha Raul and administration will jointly take decision within 2 days about remains of Sree Ganesha idols made of Plaster of Paris (POP). The above information was given by Shri. Madhav Sangale, the joint Commissioner of MMC in a press conference held today. In rule no. 7 of the circular issued by MMC, it has, however, been mentioned that after the immersion of idols when water from artificial tanks oozes out, special care will be taken of the remnants of the idols. The remnants will be immersed in sea where generally immersion takes place so that the sanctity of the idols is maintained. (MMC officials, breaking its own rules, are anti-legal – Editor) In fact, a few days back, Shri. Sangale had told correspondent of ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ that all suggestions of environmentalists cannot be accepted as it is, after all, a matter pertaining to religious sentiments. He had assured that remnants of immersed idols would be taken out from artificial water tanks and will be immersed as per the custom, in 3 kms deep sea water; whereas MMC has cheated all Hindus including Sree Ganesha-devotees, has broken its own rules and taken such anti-Hindu decision affecting the sanctity of the remnants of Sree Ganesha idols. (Hindus must take anti-Dharma officials to task for not keeping their word! – Editor) The decision will have strong repercussions among Hindus.
