Agitation against ANS: Police enquiry in Sanatan Prabhat’ office

Ratnagiri (Maharashtra): A phone call was received at Daily Sanatan Prabhat (DSP)’s office enquiring about its agitation against ANS in Pune. Shri. Pravin Kudalkar from DSP’s office told the police that it was the duty of newspapers to keep true information about the current affairs before common public and staging agitations does not come under the code of conduct for running of a newspaper. Police later, asked him that whom they should contact in this regard. Shri. Kudalkar gave him contact number of the city office of DSP. Police called up that office twice to make enquiry regarding the proposed agitations.

(If police show such promptness and ability in conducting enquiries about terrorists and Muslims who give shelter to them and that would be the day. – Editor)
