Hindu Janjagruti Samiti’s Awareness Drive in Goa.

Hindu Janjagruti Samiti participated in the Goa festival Shimgotsav creating awareness among devotees about issues faced by the Hindu Community worldwide.

The Main issues highlighted were MF Husain’s obscene paintings on Hindu deities, the Siddhivinayak Temple Corruption issue and the anti-faith, anti-culture Maharashtra Black Magic Bill 2006.

Slogans and Banners were put up on mobile Vehicles and Vans that gathered mobs wherever they went.

HinduJagruti Activists made it a point to ensure a personal touch. They met Hindu devotees in the Utsav and explained to them how Hinduism as a global Religion was being denigrated and in danger of total extinction due to external and internal aggressors. Overall people seemed to be convinced and many of them even praised HJS and said that this was a need of the hour. Some even offered to help the Samiti or contribute in any way.
