HJS and Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh welcome Santshreshtha Dnyaneshwar Mauli palkhi in Hadapsar

Hadapsar, Pune – On behalf of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and the Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh, the palkhi (palanquin) of Santshreshtha Dnyaneshwar Mauli was welcomed at Wadki Naka, Hadapsar. In addition, a devotional service initiative was held to welcome the Warkaris. Thanks to the cooperation of the ‘Shri Deshmukh Maharaj Foundation’, Pune, a pavilion was made available for the reception.

From the early hours of 11 July, volunteers from the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, representatives from the Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh, and devotees from the Siyaram Mandir branch were actively engaged in this welcoming service. In total, more than 25 devotees enthusiastically participated in this service. The pavilion was graced by the revered presence of Pujya Gurudas Shri Deshmukh Maharaj. 

Devotees gather for welcoming the palkhi

The Warkaris passing along the palkhi route were welcomed with showers of flowers, chants, and continuous devotional chanting. Devotees from the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s Dharmashikshan class in Mahadevwadi, as well as pro-Hindu activists from the Sinhagad Road area, participated in this welcoming initiative. Devotees from the Siyaram Mandir branch put in special efforts for the planning.

Upon the arrival of Santshreshtha Dnyaneshwar Mauli’s palkhi, all the volunteers showered flowers on the palkhi and bowed with deep devotion. Excellent cooperation was received from the seekers of the ‘Shri Deshmukh Maharaj Foundation’ for this initiative.
