Palwal, Haryana – In today’s world, rising competition, academic pressure, excessive screen time, anxiety about the future, and mounting social expectations have become primary triggers for stress among students. If left unaddressed, this stress can severely derail a student’s academic performance, health, behaviour, and self-confidence.

Addressing this critical issue at a recent programme for students, Sadguru Dr Charudatta Pingale, National Guide of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, emphasised the importance of maintaining a positive mindset over panicking during high-pressure situations. He highlighted that navigating these challenges successfully requires strict attention to a structured daily routine, adequate sleep, a balanced diet, and effective time management.
A special guidance programme on the topic ‘Stress Control and Management’ was organised by the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti at CA Neeraj Mittal Classes in Palwal. The event saw active participation from numerous students who found the insights deeply impactful. Chartered Accountant Neeraj Mittal expressed his gratitude and immense satisfaction regarding the success of the event.
Sadguru Dr Pingale further added, “Spending some time daily doing Yoga, Pranayama, breathing exercises, and meditation keeps the mind calm. This also helps in increasing concentration and self-confidence.”
