New Delhi – Notorious anti-India and anti-Hindu YouTuber Dhruv Rathee has once again sparked massive outrage by insulting Hindu Gods in his latest video. Rathee falsely claimed that examples from the Ramayana and Mahabharata prove Shri Ram and Shri Krishna consumed meat and alcohol. He further said that Sita offered meat as naivedya to the river Ganga. Rathee also claimed that Krishna and Arjuna both drank alcohol, citing the 58th chapter (Udyog Parva) of Swami Vivekananda’s book East and West.

In the same video, Rathee continued his insults against Prabhu Shri Ram, claiming He ate meat during His 14-year exile. He mockingly questioned whether it was possible to survive in the forest for years by eating only “paneer butter masala” or fruits. Rathee also twisted the quotes from Chapter 256 of the Vana Parva in the Mahabharata, to claim that Yudhishthira dreamed of many deer approaching him, only to learn that his brothers had slaughtered them in such huge numbers that deer had nearly become extinct. According to Rathee, Yudhishthira grieved over this massacre, and the Pandavas allegedly ate deer meat for as long as one-and-a-half years.
This is not the first time Rathee has targeted Hindu beliefs to gain cheap views and divide society. Even previously he has released videos mocking Hindu Gods and misquoting sacred texts such as Mahabharata and Ramayana.
Netizens are calling it a direct assault on Hindu faith and demanding the video be taken down immediately.
