Loni Kalbhor, Pune – On the auspicious occasion of Gudhi Padwa, the ‘Hindu Mahila Mahotsav 2026’, organised with the noble objectives of Sanskriti Sanvardhan (cultural preservation) and Shri Shakti Jagran (awakening of Shakti), was conducted with great enthusiasm.
As part of the Mahotsav, a grand two-wheeler rally was organised, in which numerous women participated wearing traditional attire and enthusiastically raised slogans in support of Hindutva.
At the conclusion of the rally, the women present were guided by representatives of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. Prachi Shintre stated that in today’s unsafe environment, physical empowerment alone is not sufficient; practising Dharmacharan and receiving Dharmashikshan are equally essential.
Experience from the Shaurya Prashikshan Shibir
A special highlight of the programme was the sharing of experiences by Kum. Arya Pathak. Arya, who had participated in the Shaurya Prashikshan Shibir held at Kasba Peth, said that such training significantly boosts confidence among women. She emphasised that every young woman should undergo self-defence training and actively associate with the HJS to face future challenges bravely.
Participation of various pro-Hindu organisations
Women office-bearers from various pro-Hindu organisations, including Ahilyadevi Seva Samiti, Rashtra Seva Samiti, and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, graced the programme. Notably, Smt. Sandhya Vishal Vedpathak (Karyavahika and Lashkar Bhag Seva Pramukh) and Smt. Bhagyashree Harishchandra Bhikole (Bauddhik Pramukh and Lashkar Bhag Co-Bauddhik Pramukh) from the Ahilyadevi branch of Loni Kalbhor were present.
The programme was successfully organised through the collective efforts of devout Hindu women from Kadam Wakvasti and Loni Kalbhor.
