Call to intensify the ‘Halal-free Bihar’ campaign at Hindu Rashtra Adhiveshan

Strong demand for nationwide ban on cow slaughter and strict anti-conversion laws

Patna, Bihar – With the objective of making Bharat a Hindu Rashtra constitutionally, a State-level Hindu Rashtra Adhiveshan was held in the atmosphere of great enthusiasm at the Chitragupta Samaj Hall in the Anisabad area of Patna. Several important resolutions related to Hindu interests were passed during the convention. Office-bearers of Hindu organisations from various districts, advocates, saints, temple trustees, industrialists, journalists and editors were present in large numbers.

Sadguru Nilesh Singbal, Dharmapracharak of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, informed that resolutions were passed urging the Central Government to remove the word “secular” from the Constitution of India, implement a nationwide ban on cow slaughter, enact strong anti-conversion laws, and free all temples across the country from government control, handing over their management to the devotees.

He shared these details during a press conference held after the Adhiveshan. On this occasion, Advocate Prabhash Thakur of the Rashtrabhakt Adhikvakta Samiti and Shri Vishwanath Kulkarni, State Coordinator (Uttar Pradesh and Bihar) of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, were also present.

Emphasis on organising advocates

“To effectively counter the conspiracies of anti-national ideologies, it is essential for devout Hindus and nationalist advocates to unite. For this purpose, advocate conferences and discussion sessions will be organised across various districts of Bihar. Additionally, necessary legal training will be provided to Hindu organisations to empower them in carrying out Dharmakarya,” said Advocate Prabhash Thakur.

‘Sampark Abhiyan’ to be launched

Shri Vishwanath Kulkarni stated that a Hindu Rashtra Sampark Abhiyan will be conducted across Bihar to accelerate the ‘Halal-free Bihar’ campaign, establish connections with new Hindu organisations, and initiate dialogue with temple trustees for better organisation of temples. The campaign will be formally launched on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti with Gada pujan.

To counter the numerous challenges faced by Hindus, organisations must coordinate with each other and come together regularly, said Acharya Chandra Kishor Parashar, Central President of the International Sanatan Hindu Vahini. Referring to the demolition of ancient temples near Muzaffarpur railway station, he stated that the Muzaffarpur Mandir Nirman Samanvay Samiti was formed to unite Hindu organisations and oppose such actions.

Sadguru Nilesh Singbal, Dharmapracharak of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, stated that it was due to organised Hindu efforts that anti-conversion laws were passed in states such as Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh. Similarly, only strong Hindu organisation can lead to the establishment of a Hindu Rashtra. Through Adhiveshans organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, more than 1,000 devout Hindu organisations across the country are working together towards this movement. In the backdrop of a possible third world war and an emerging emergency-like situation, strengthening Hindu organisation has become essential.

According to the Court of Wards Act (Guardians and Wards Act, 1890), all temple funds go to the government, while priests receive only ₹900 as salary. Although this law has been abolished across the country, it is still in force in Bihar, stated Pandit Rakesh Chandra Jha, Chief Priest of Shri Durga Mandir, Bettiah.

Need to organise nationalist advocates to counter anti-India ecosystem – Advocate Prabhash Thakur

Advocate Prabhash Thakur of the Rashtrabhakt Advocate Committee stated that 107 MPs of the INDI alliance coming together to initiate impeachment proceedings against Tamil Nadu judge Swaminathan, who delivered a verdict in favour of Hindus, reflects an anti-India ideological ecosystem. To counter this, it is necessary to organise pro-Hindu and nationalist advocates. Conferences and discussions for advocates are being organised across Bihar, and legal assistance will be provided to Hindu organisations to strengthen Dharmakarya.

Struggle for temple protection will continue – Anil Kumar

Anil Kumar, Tirhut Mandal In-charge of Vishwa Sanatan Sena, stated that when temples near the railway station in Muzaffarpur were demolished, no support was received from the police or administration. Eventually, a warning of self-immolation was issued if no action was taken. Despite receiving various inducements thereafter, the struggle to protect temples will continue.
